HOUSE SALES

HOUSE SALES

Our most active department: where all our experts focus on a single case… yours!

Every month, we organize the sale of the entire contents of a house, an apartment, or a beautiful residence.
A true turnkey service: we set up the exhibition directly at your home (by appointment), conduct the auction of the lots, and oversee the handover of the purchases to the successful bidders.

A formula with undeniable advantages:

In numbers:

- 80 to 95% of lots sold (compared to 50 to 80% in a traditional auction room).
- On average 2 to 3 bidders per lot (versus 1 to 2 in the auction room).
- Hammer prices ranging from 2 to 200 times the estimates!

In practice:

- Objects remain on site: no transport to arrange, no risk of loss or damage.
- They are presented in their natural setting—yours—helping buyers better imagine them in their own home.

In security:

- Visits and collections are strictly by appointment.
- The address of the location remains confidential and is only disclosed to selected buyers.

In totality:

- Our formula makes it possible to sell not only valuable pieces, but also heavier, bulky, or simply decorative objects.
- Items that would normally not sell in an auction room… but which appeal to our buyers.
Why give them away for free to a clearance service when our buyers are willing to pay for them?
