Dark green cylindrical box in bakelite, decorated with friezes of stars, the lid is surmounted by a glass and in which there is a biscuit bust of Napoleon on the right. A silvered brass button representing Napoleon II, known as l'Aiglon, surmounted by an eagle, 10.93g, 34 mm.
It would be a promotional button, from 1900 following the play by Edmond Rostand, "L'Aiglon" role played by Sarah Bernhardt.
Box, wear and crack on the side of the lid; button, very beautiful to almost superb (2) H: 3 cm D: 8 cm
