Medal in bronze, awarded to Jean-Baptiste Van Vreckem, in its original white cardboard box. Inclluding the certificate of award, written by Grand Chancelier of the imperial order of the Legion of Honour ; Receipt for payment by the Préfet de l'arrondissement in Gent dated 6 August 1813 and signed by the le Sous Préfet C. Beaucarne ; Letter of detailed account dated October 1820 and signed De Vis ; Certificate for discharge to Jean Baptiste Vanvreckem signed 16th of May 1814 ; the handwritten transcription for retirement signed and dated ; Letter of induction from Mayor of Ternath to Jean Baptiste Van Vreeckhem le 22 avril 1815 ; Authorisation of recovery leave of three months to Jean Baptiste Vanvrecken, dated 18th of February 1814.
