CHINA, India Company - Qianlong era (1736-1795)
Decorated with blue underglaze, iron oxide, and golden enamel featuring a lady with a parasol in the centre based on Cornelis Pronk, the rim decorated with eight reserves adorned with alternating people and ducks on a geometric-patterned ground. Back is adorned with seven insects. Diam. 24 cm.
