CHINA - Kangxi era (1662-1722)
Decorated with polychrome Famille Verte enamel featuring a couple of pheasants, one sitting on a railing near a pine tree, the other flying over peonies. The inner slope is adorned with a lingzhi frieze, the rim is adorned with four phoenixes flying among the peonies on a green ground, and the edge is gadrooned and adorned with a lotus petal frieze. (Some restoration to the edge). Diam. 37 cm.
