"Crowned heart" ring
18 kt yellow and white gold depicting a heart set with 2 pear-cut sapphires (+/- 7.7 x 4.8 x 3.2 mm and 7.3 x 4.1 x 2 mm) surrounded by little diamonds and topped with a crown set with 5 tiny diamonds. English work ca. 1920. Hallmark: 18. TD: 54.
