Platinum, set with a +/- 0.50 ct old-cut diamond in the centre, surrounded by 2 small old-cut diamonds, each +/- 0.10 ct. The perimeter features a pave setting of small diamonds, and the ends are set with calibrated sapphires. Ca. 1920 work. Hallmark: mascaron head. N° etched on the back: 728 G, 157210.
