Mid-18th century Austrian work
Baroque armoire, known as Maria Teresienschrank
Walnut and burr walnut marquetry, high relief carvings of corniches and capitals. Gilt bronze escutcheons, iron lock. Two doors in the front opening onto four small and four large shelves.
