18th century "Sévigné" demi-parure
18th century "Sévigné" demi-parure
Composed of a brooch and a pair of 18 kt yellow gold and silver earrings shaped like knots set with rubies and emeralds mounted on straws. Missing two emeralds on one earring and a diamond cut rose on the brooch. The elements were reattached later. The earrings have a recent clip closure. Probably 18th century French work. Hallmark: none.
