Group of eight fuchi and three kozuka sheaths, Japan, Meiji period Brass and copper. The fuchi are variously decorated with waves, Japanese armour, cherry trees, peacocks, cranes, lotuses and chrysanthemums. Two fuchi are signed in intaglio. The kozuka sheaths are patterned with dragons, Ebisu, and carp, all three signed in intaglio. L: 8.5 to 9.8 cm (kozuka)-
