Double-sided icon
Oval-shaped with hanging loop. The front is adorned with a gilded silver riza and a painting on wood depicting the Virgin Mary and Christ with a dedication. The perimeter of the frame is set with colourless rhinestones and topped with a rhinestone crown. The back is adorned with a painting depicting a saint holding an olive branch and God in the heavens. Hallmarks: 84, Moscow, M.K. 1818: master assayer Michael Karpinsky, silversmith E.K.
