Platinum, composed of a pair of cufflinks, 4 shirt buttons, and 2 collar buttons made of moonstones with carved spokes, each set with a small old cut diamond. In their leather case stamped "E. et R. Altenloh Joailliers-orfèvres Brussels". Hallmark: none. Belgian work, ca. 1910.
