An 18K yellow gold (750) pin adorned with an old-cut diamond mounted on prongs.

An 18K yellow gold (750) pin enhanced with an elegant, finely crafted floral motif.
The latter can be attributed to Edouard Bourdon, a goldsmith from Ghent. *

Length: 7.8 cm.
*The Bourdons: Three generations of goldsmiths from Ghent, specialising in the manufacture of liturgical items such as the tiara of Pope Pius IX, the crown of Our Lady of Hanswijck in Mechelen, and a chalice encrusted with precious stones that can be seen in St Bavo's Cathedral in Ghent. They were also associated with the Wolfers brothers for a time.
It comes with a case bearing the Ed. Bourdon Gand logo.
