An enamel portrait set in a finely decorated gold frame, the Shah is depicted with features characteristic of the Qajar period: large, expressive eyes, a long barge, and a garment and turban adorned with precious stones.
Provenance: former J. Naus collection, customs inspector in Iran in the early 20th CENTURY
