Box
entirely lined with red velvet embroidery, silver thread and blue and red silk. Decorated with birds in foliage and flowering branches, and geometric motifs. Metal lock and side fasteners. Interior lined with linen.
Provenance: former collection of J. Naus, customs inspector in Iran in the early 20th CENTURY.
