oval-shaped brooch - pendant in 18 Kt (750) yellow gold comprising a miniature painted under glass, depicting a portrait of a very young woman with clear eyes and abundant loose hair, dressed with simplicity, surrounded by a thick gold wire enhanced with volutes and embellished with five rose-cut diamonds and a porcelain heart.
A leather case convertible into a photo holder is included.
