Solidus, 4.39g, Antioch, 348-353, diademed with rosettes bust, draped and cuirassed right, FL IVL CONSTAN-TIVS PERP AVG, rev. Roma seated facing, holding a spear, and Constantinopolis seated left, holding a short sceptre, foot on a prow, holding between them a shield inscribed VOT XX MVLT XXX, GLORIA REI PVBLICAE, SMANΘ in exergue, die axis 12 o'clock (RIC VIII 81-6 ; S.17740).
Probably from a mount, scratches after GLORIA on reverse, very fine.
