Archive of postcards sent from PERSIA and other Middle Eastern countries.
An album of postcards sent between 1908 and 1910, depicting administrative buildings and other architectural structures of cities such as Constantinople, Bacu, Tehran, Rey, Tauris, Samsoun but also figures of various Middle Eastern peoples such as Gurietz, Kirghiz, Sazandares, Kurds, Dervische, Ossetins, Persian gendarmerie, and two postcards from German East Africa. The cards are stuck with stamps of the Persian post office or Russian stamps.
