Wiener below head, rev. young woman on a prow welcomed by two young women, the Scheldt lying below ; head left, LEOPOLD PREMIER ROI DES BELGES, signature Leop. Wiener below head, beaded rim, rev. as previous with different legend alignment.

The differences between those two medals are the engraver's signature, the legend and the rimon obverse and the legend alignment on reverse.

PROVENANCE: Collection Anvers.
The first, light hairlines, extremely fine ; the second cleaned, verdigris, knocks, very fine. (2)
